Yes. Thabaal sends through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API on your own verified business number, with the templates and catalogue Meta supports.
Meta charges per delivered template message and you pay that rate as it is: ₹0.8631 for marketing and ₹0.115 for utility messages to Indian numbers (October 2026, before GST). Replies within 24 hours of a customer writing to you are free for the first 1,000 a month.
